For anyone who has already become a member of Farmacy, we are able to ship your medicine to your address which is stated on your government issued photo ID. We are currently shipping to our patients nationwide . Our reception intakes Greater Victoria orders from Monday-Friday, and we offer same day delivery if the payment is received before 11am. For orders outside Greater Victoria our reception intakes orders from Monday-Friday, and we offer 1-3 day delivery if the payment is received before 12pm. Delivery time can vary, depending on your location as some smaller towns may have a slightly longer delivery process. We do not ship out parcels Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you place an order over the weekend your parcel will be shipped out the following business day once we have received payment.

How long does it take, will I have my order the next day?

 

We are currently shipping to our patients nationwide . Our reception intakes Greater Victoria orders from Monday-Friday, and we offer same day delivery if the payment is received before 11am. For orders outside Greater Victoria, our reception intakes orders from Monday-Friday, and we offer 1-3 day delivery if the payment is received before 12pm. Delivery time can vary, depending on your location as some smaller towns may have a slightly longer delivery process. We do not ship out parcels Saturday, or Sunday. If you place an order over the weekend your parcel will be shipped out the following business day once we have received payment.

 

Will I have tracking information?

 

Local Orders: Local orders do not receive tracking numbers. This area includes Victoria, Southern Vancouver Island, Vancouver, and Greater Vancouver.
All other orders: Yes, you will receive tracking information the moment your information is inputted in to the system with either Purolator or Canada Post. If you do not receive tracking information once you have received your Farmacy Shipping Confirmation email, please check your junk mail or email us directly.

Can I order for my family or friends?

No, members may not order for their family members. We are only able to sell our medical products to our patients. If your family member wishes to also get products they should go through our sign up process and become a member so we can ship their medicine to them directly.

What’s the packaging going to look like and say?

Our packaging is very discreet. All packages come from a non-identifiable company and are vacuum sealed to limit and ensure there is no smell.

What if I don’t get my product?

Farmacy guarantees that all patients will receive their medicine. If for some reason a patient does not receive their medicine Farmacy will send you a new parcel, free of charge.

How do I pay for my mailing order?

All mail orders must be paid in full through e-Transfers prior to shipping. All E-transfers must be sent to info@farmacystores.com. Please ensure that the security answer is ‘farmacy’.

 

What is the costs for shipping?

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on where you live. There is the option for free shipping with larger orders for all members. To find out how much shipping is to your location, please use the delivery cost calculator above the FAQ section on this page.
